I will continue to use Blackwell, I have rental properties and the property manager called them. The tech. Called me and explained what was going on with my unit, gave me cost saving recommendations and didn't try to upsell me any service. The price was very fair. I will always call Blackwell and never cape fear HVAC again.
Called on a Sunday evening and someone was at my home within a few hours. They were very professional, and resolved my issue quickly. I would absolutely recommend them for any HVAC issue.
Our AC went out Saturday at 12am. I called and someone picked up right away and we had someone at our house by 930am the next day (sunday). He found the problem in less than 5 minutes and was able to fix it right away. He was professional and fast! We highly recommend!!
