I went to Dr William Elmore in January 2024. His staff was very kind and professional. Dr Elmore and staff gave me a very thorough examination. No one ever made me feel uncomfortable. No one was ever rude, nor made snide comments. I absolutely loved the entire visit. Dr Elmore gave me more information about my condition than any eyecare professional has ever done. I will continue with this Dr and this office on Owen Drive.
First off I'd like to say I've been here in Fayetteville for 4 years and this is one of the best services I've received here for eyecare. One place I went to was for my son and they were so impatient and told me " just come back when he's older" not even trying to work with my son who was just nervous. Second I went to another location and they were just rude with an attitude, way over priced and just didn't seem to care for their clients at all. I came here on a random google search because they could get me in so fast. It was a pretty average office nothing to complain about good music, clean and welcoming! Our family absolutely loves American eye Care. We have been going to them for years. They are sweet and very patient with my youngest boys. Always takes their time to make sure we are taking care of in a timely manner as well
