All Seasons is 5 star. When left with no heat in December, All Seasons obtained the part in 24 hrs. whereas Gore, the original installer, was telling me 21days. In Janaury All Seasons noted the same freeze up complaint had been "repaired" by installer 3-5times...and reported that to the manufactor. York mfg. shipped me a new Heat Pump within the week!. A.S. installed it in a half day without driving across my grass. They also helped me get the City Inspector out to make Gore correct things on my new duct system .
