Not only did were they the cheapest in town, but also the most professional and quick. When we had to call them to come back and correct a plumbing issue in the bathroom, they contracted out to a local plumber to fix the toilet issue with no additional cost to us. Very well done!!
Edited: I originally left a 1-star review after a sentimental frame was damaged during installation. At first, the response didn’t feel very apologetic, and I was honestly disappointed. But over time, I think we both sat with the situationand in the end, the owner really went above and beyond. She reimbursed us more than we expected, and that showed me she genuinely cared. For me, it’s not about perfect words it’s about actions. And while her words weren’t the strongest at first, her follow-through meant a lot. Actions are harder than words, and hers spoke volumes. That’s why I’m updating this to 4 stars because she made it right, and that matters.
Had my carpets done last week and was beyond impressed. The quality of the carpets were outstanding and Gabe and Billy did an amazing job with the install. Very reasonably priced, fast booking and great quality work. Will be recommending to everyone. Thanks guys!
