Josh and crew did a beautiful job with our large project. Always responsive and great communication over several months. Involved replacement of major retaining walls along our yard and driveway with large boulders and creation of new patio.
I can’t say enough great things about this company. 2 years ago i was in a real bind as my land was moving and crushing my septic tank. They came in immediately, moving other jobs to make it work, and remedied the situation. About a month ago I noticed that area of my land that we thought we fixed was still moving which meant I needed a much bigger job done and an even greater investigation process to find the solution. Immediately Josh and Riley were asking the right questions, “where is the water coming from?” I felt they were just as concerned as I was and willing to help me resolve this very major issue. Josh and the guys at Backwoods grading went above and beyond when we had a broken water line from the meter to our house.They moved some jobs around to get our job done in a timely manner so that the water company wouldn't shut our water off.All the guys were friendly, polite and easy to work with.When the job was almost finished we discovered that there was a leak on the city side of the meter.Austin had some friends that worked for the city he made a phone call and got the city side of the meter fixed that day!If we used another company we might have been another couple of days without water!When finishing up the job I asked one of the fellows to leave the door... read full review
