I wish we had read the reviews before switching to Lane and Associates in Dunn (we were just trying to find a dentist closer to home). My wife went in and got hit for X-rays and other charges they never informed her of prior to the procedures when they verified insurance. Apparently the X-rays were done too soon according to my insurance but the dentist office never told us that until afterwards. I don't mind paying but just be upfront about what will be owed.
