I wish we had read the reviews before switching to Lane and Associates in Dunn (we were just trying to find a dentist closer to home). My wife went in and got hit for X-rays and other charges they never informed her of prior to the procedures when they verified insurance. Apparently the X-rays were done too soon according to my insurance but the dentist office never told us that until afterwards. I don't mind paying but just be upfront about what will be owed. That wasn't even a big deal but when we asked about why we weren't told about the charges prior to any procedures, they said "You need to be educated about your insurance, that's not our responsibility". There was just no need in the way the lady was talking to my wife. We paid and don't mind paying for services... ya just don't have to be such a jerk when you're in a customer service industry
