“I'm in nash county and this plumber doesn't service my area however I told him my problem and he came out anyway. When he got here he was very knowledgeable and professional. He told me my options and he said I tell you what I'll put in a new system. Because the county messed up and my septic field was cut in 2 places. Patching it would not last long and it would fail at some point. He was the 3rd plumber I called and they all said pretty much the same thing. But no one offered to do what he suggested. He told me I know this isn't your fault so I'll do that for you. I've been trying to get in my home for 2 years and I can finally see the light. “I'm all the way in nash county. I called and asked if he could come look at my septic system because the county screwed up and my septic field was cut twice. I've been trying for over 2 years trying to get in this place it has been one thing after another. He doesn't even service this area but he came anyway. Not only did he tell me I needed a new system but he offered to do it for me. He said he knows it's not my fault and he would rather put a new system in then to fix the existing system. He told me if we just patch it, it's a matter of time before the whole system would fail. I'm so glad I got ahold of him. he was very professional and knowledgeable. “Hopkins Plumbing Did a full overhaul of our plumbing in our 100+ year old home near Burlington including replacing all the interior water pipes and replacing the galvanized iron pipe from the water main line. “We purchased a new dishwasher from Lowe's and their contractor, Mega Plumbing was assigned. Mega Plumbing was easy to get in touch with, schedule an appointment and help with any questions. The techs arrived within their quoted 3-hour window and did an amazing job installing our dishwasher.Our kitchen can be troublesome with the slate tile flooring we had installed after purchasing our home. But the guys had no problem whatsoever, were extremely patient, very nice and did an outstanding job overall. They also took time to show us the basics of the new appliance, warranty information, etc. Best appliance install/service I've had yet.“
