All around the most family oriented establishment I have seen by far. My 3 year old is horrible with hair cuts. We were greeted by Holly and her children. They allowed us to come in prior to the appointment to get acclimated (my son is diagnosed with autism). He enjoyed looking around and was ready for his hair cut with Zoe. While cutting the hair everyone helped keeping him focused on everything but his hair cut. It turned out amazing and was the most minimal crying hair cut. Not to mention Zoe did an amazing job on my step son mullet. Lastly my hair. I walked in with blonde hair and a dark hair transformation.. she listened and made my vision come to life. I have been in EC for five years have tried two other stylists for myself and family and I truly have found the place not only for me but my family!
I have been seeing Holly to do my hair for 7 years now! Seems crazy to think how fast the time has gone by and how she still remembers so many details of my life back then when I first sat in her chair. She takes so much time to learn about the person in her chair and gives them all her energy every visit they have. I’ve known this whole time how genuinely nice of a person Holly is and today I did not visit the salon but was simply driving by on my way somewhere else and saw her out in the rain holding an umbrella over a clients fresh hair while she was getting soaked. That’s the kind of service she gives day in and day out to make others lives better while sacrificing her own. I hope Holly out lives me because if I ever have to switch hair care providers, they have some high standards to live up to!
Fantastic experiences every time I go to see Holly and now Bayley is also my go-to for fantasy colors forever!! 100/10, no notes, just the highest of praise ❤️
