I have worked with Carpet Connections on two occasions. I used them to install new carpet on a house we were selling and our new home purchase. Both times this company was professional, very friendly, and provided quick services. We had multiple options to choose from and the job was completed when they said it would be. We had a slight install issue that was fixed the next business day at no additional cost. Overall 10 out 10 company!!! I have recommended them countless times to my family and friends. Excellent customer service! The owners are very personable and a joy to chat with. The selection of my new carpet was easy and seamless. The installation process was professional and top quality!! And the price point was perfect!! Will definitely do business with them again when we start our upgrades on the next area of our home. Highly recommend!
