“Tiffany is such a great person, really asks what you want.
I really liked my hair cut, it's just to expensive for me.
I always give $10 or $15 for a tip, it was $65 to cut/trim my short hair to make it shorter.
She told me it needed to get wet, because I had an old perm that frizzed my hair, she suggested she could wash it.
Maybe I was charged for that, I don't know.
Great place so kind, just to expensive for me.
