Teresa is beyond amazing! She specializes in deep tissue massage among many other areas. I have been going to her for over 20 years and highly recommend her. I have tried other massage therapists and there's no comparison! I had a total knee replacement in 2017 and she helped me more than the physical therapists did. I went off all pain medications and was back to work in 4 weeks. Her prices are reasonable compared to others in her field BUT the results of her work are beyond my expectations. Whenever I start to have knee issues, I call Teresa. My doctor addresses my symptoms but Teresa addresses the cause of the pain. You will not be disappointed with this massage therapist!

It's difficult to describe what Teresa does, so I am going to write about results and outcomes. Teresa has education, expertise and experience to help resolve physical pain, eliminate allergies, overcome trauma and even if we keep getting results in life that we don't want or even just feeling frustrated or angry that life is not going well. Plus the way Teresa works you can be with her in person or work over the phone. What I know about Teresa is that after working with her the results I've achieved and my quality of life has jumped sky high! I'm so happy with the results I have received since I engaged Teresa (mostly over distance) and I highly recommend that you engage her too.
