“Cozy, clean, well lit, kind clerks, clean restrooms, 2 large TV’s nice decorations for kids, with Nemo and Dory (posters), plenty of parking spaces. 3-4 people at check-in. Barely any wait to get in the room. Maybe they should keep some books and toys around to entertain kids, but then I know that creates other types of issues. Water fountains are covered with plastic, not in use, so bring your own bottle. Plenty of hand sanitizer available. Good temperature in the waiting lobby, not too hot or too cold. Dr. was nice and listened well. Place was easy to find using Google maps.“
“My son had some dental work done here yesterday, and I was so pleased with the care received and the facility as a whole. Everyone was extremely friendly and made my son feel very much at ease (which can be difficult for him, because he is autistic and absolutely hates the dentist). The facility was very clean and comfortable, and they even called to follow up the next morning. I'm so thankful for how well everything went!“
“This is my second time here. My first appointment was for myself and this appointment was for my daughter. Both appointments we received 5 star service. From the greet at the front desk from Trinita to the short wait time. My DH was Sue and my daughters was Elise they both gave the best dental experience. We both also had different doctors and both were extraordinary! I highly recommend this facility for family care, all ages.“

“I can’t say enough about Dr Samuel. I really hated going to the dentist because of past experience with others but he and his staff are great. This was the first dentist I have seen since moving to NC. From the first encounter I had nothing but excellent service. From setting up my appointment to Patient Representative at front desk to the hygienist that examined my teeth to the Dentist. He took the time to explain what was going on with my teeth and how we should proceed. I knew I was gonna have to have my teeth extracted but he was about preserving the ones he could. So He knew I was nervous but Dr. Samuel talk to me through the whole procedure and Morgan his assistant knew exactly what he would need before he ask. When I say you can trust them you really can. It wasn’t about how much money we can get and not care about the patients teeth he was about how can I save your teeth. The cost to extract and have partial denture was affordable. I wise I had found him years ago but I’m very grateful that I found and pick this practice. I highly recommend them.“

“I visited this dentist office for the 1st time today as a new patient. I can tell you my visit today was a 5 star. The dentist was so nice and all his personnel was just as nice from the front end to the back. I didn’t feel ashamed of how my teeth looked or less of a person after talking to the dentist.
