My husband called yesterday and was immediately told he could not be helped. After speaking with him for a few moments, was then told "Sorry, I have been receiving a lot of spam calls from other countries". Scheduled appt for today to come out and look at leaking toilet. Supposed to call before coming. My mother waited at our home all morning and they showed up as she was about to leave. NO phone call prior to their arrival. Came in and informed her that they would not touch the toilet to look at it unless it was exceptionally clean. The toilet WAS clean, there was some water on the floor adjacent where it was leaking. I called Whaley Plumbing about a problem I was having with my drainage system. After asking a couple of questions, John gave me a diagnosis over the phone along with instructions on how to determine if the issue was my responsibility or the city's responsibility. With his help, I was quickly able to isolate the problem. Rather than paying for a visit, I was able to get the issue resolved by the city at no cost. I will certainly be using Whaley Plumbing for any future plumbing problems.
