I have been doing Parkinson's work with UpRight Athlete for a few years now, and it has been great. I particularly like the variety of workout routines used in a class. For example, classes are dynamic and adjusted for who is there for that class. Other examples might include focusing on strength and balance, followed by stretching and a cooldown.
