The way one of the front staff associate chose to handle a child appointment cancellation was unprofessional. There were no voice messages, text, or in company app messages to be seen and made aware ahead of time. My child has been a patient with the same insurance there since she was a few months old and now that she is 1. We are told they can no longer accept her the day of the appointment as we have almost an hour drive from home to the office because it’s still showing two insurance even though we’ve discussed on numerous occasions the insurance that should be billed. Never have I ever been treated this way at a Dr office before. Very unprofessional

Absolutely amazing! I was so pleased with the thoughtfulness and expertise that went into developing my plan of care. I have engaged with this team both virtually and in person, and have been very satisfied with each interaction.
