I brought both my dogs in at the same time for a nail trim and was really worried about how one of my dogs would do (esp. because she's more anxious and sometimes reactive towards other dogs). They handled my dogs SO well and made it a straightforward process for me and my pups. We will be back!
This was my first time going to a self wash place, it was a good experience also Dana did a great with my German shepherd nails also it was very easy to wash my German shepherd he is a big boy, they supply me with everything I needed.
I made sure I read a few of the lower star ratings just to make sure I wasn't overthinking it. It's convenient for me and my dog, but I never feel like I'm wanted there. It's almost like the owner thinks we should know her rules before walking through the door. She didn't even engage with my dog to encourage her a safe place. I'm rushed to sign than rushed to pay, no thank you, enjoy your time, nothing. I won't be going back, but I do wish more self washing spots will open up.
