It’s a clean and organized facility and the front-end reception staff were vey kind and professional. The only reason I am giving it a lower rating is because the DMV we ended up seeing was very aggressive in her tone, body-language, and demeanor. We were trying to ask questions and share information about our pet’s past health issues, and it felt more like she had to have the last word in edgewise than that she actually cared about the health outcome for our pet.The interaction just felt really upsetting at a time when we were already very worried.Also be aware a visit will cost at least 230 dollars just to be admitted and the wait time for stable animals is significant,...read full review
We ended up here with my darling cat after 6 days of not eating, 4 other “primary” vet visits and having a feeding tube placed. The ER doctor and Dr. Singer in internal medicine were so caring and compassionate. We were fortunate that we could afford to do diagnostic testing. They got my cat’s nausea under control and back to tolerating food enough to come home while we waited for the biopsy results. During this time we were emailing everyday with updates and any minor questions I had. Unfortunately, my cat does have cancer but the internal medicine team has continued to support us with starting chemo. Last night our cat was suffering from high blood pressure and was in a hypertensive crisis. The whole staff was so kind and compassionate and helpful. They encouraged us to ask questions and spent the time to make sure we understood everything. They also not only worked to fix the problem, but also wanted to discuss what the underlying causes might be and what to look out for. We were pleasantly surprised when we felt super comfortable leaving our cat there to be treated overnight while we went home to rest and the staff encouraged us to call or check in at any point.
