“Man. This was just the best experience I have ever had. Even though this was my first tattoo, I have been into multiple tattoo shops (for piercings, which they do not do, which is perfectly fine), and this was the BEST environment I have ever been in. I usually find tattoo shops can be abrasive and kind of scary (I am a newbie so this is probably just me), but Kings Ave was the opposite. Knowing it was my first, they offered me coffee, water, and multiple breaks. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Logan, my artist, did a CLEAN job. I have gotten SO many compliments on my tattoo from random people and friends, and I have only had it for three days. There were other artists there also, and they were great too. I plan on getting my whole leg done and will NOT go anywhere else. 10/10.Requested style: American Traditional“

“Tattoo Asylum is a great shop in an easy to access location. Their communication is clear and prompt. The shop is extremely clean and has a calming vibe. All of the employees are very friendly and accommodating! I felt very at ease. Mike and Cheree go the extra mile to make sure you love your tattoo. My tattoo was very sentimental and it was important to me that it turned out just right! They were very understanding and went above and beyond to make sure that my experience working with them was positive. I was given ample opportunity to ask questions and was given detailed responses. They made sure that it was a smooth process from inquiry, to planning, to scheduling, to completion and finally, aftercare! They were fairly priced and I felt completely at ease with the professionalism and care I received!

“This review is specifically for Alessandra, who did wedding band tattoos for me and my fiance, semi-matching tattoos for us, and my fiance's latest tattoo. She's incredible. I have a previous tattoo from someone else, and Alessandra made me feel more comfortable and confident than I knew was possible based on my prior experience. I knew the text I wanted, but she found the perfect font for the look I had in mind and truly embraced the vision of my wedding band. She's also just a kind, funny, welcoming person and a true pleasure to spend time with. While both of my tattoos were on bony locations and so not the most comfortable to have done, the time was enjoyable because we got to chat with her through it. We'll return to her again and again.

We did a lot of research before getting these tattoos because we knew we wanted fine lines and that not every tattoo artist does them. Alessandra came as a recommendation from a close friend, and I'm so glad we asked because it worked out perfectly.
