I’ve been tanning there for over 5 years. Tanning elsewhere for several decades. I don’t spray because it has always looked artificial and orange. As damaging as it is, idc, it makes me feel amazing and sexy. The staff comes and goes. For good reason. They’re young. That’s something that most customers don’t understand. This is the longest I’ve been a member at a salon and until I move, I will continue to be. I use the fastest beds. Between late march and may, it’s super busy. Unless you go in the morning.. I hate to wait. So I go in the mornings. The staff has been nice. No complaints. I just wish they’d implement the penny upgrades more often!!!

I love coming to this location for my spray tans! The salon is always clean and the customer service here is consistently great. All of the ladies that work in Durham are so nice but Faith really goes above and beyond! She remembers my name when I walk in the door and gets me set up so that I’m in and out- super fast. Just wanted to share my exceptional experience here and give y’all some kudos for a job well done.

The manager, Heather, is an example of what all good managers should model. She puts the customer first and helped get my issue resolved. The issue was with my account and had nothing to do with the Durham location. She is the best!!!
