I had the pleasure of chatting with Michelle A., who was wonderful and very professional. I barely had to wait at all and all of my questions were answered quickly. Pictures are professional and are kept even after they are taken. I am so glad I can go back and purchase without any issues. I highly recommend this company.
I love the pictures they take and the customer service is one of the best! Over the (many) years small issues have come up and they have always made them right. It's hard to not have any issues when they are dealing with so many pictures/orders at a time.
