Cindy was my stylist. She did a great job on the cut and listened well to what I wanted being sure not to cut too much. She greeted me by name which was very pleasant being my first time there. My only complaint is the shop it's self was pretty filthy, very dusty and outdated. A bit of a deterrent for coming back. I'm hoping staff sees this review for cleaning. I have been going to Tracey Walters for ~ 20 years and when she went to Rumors Hair Studio, I followed her there. The salon is open and airy with natural lighting from front windows. It is always clean and comfortable.With that being said, if Tracey were to leave Rumor's, I would go where she goes. She is an excellent stylist and colorist and I have driven 3 hours one-way for her to cut my hair. She's the BEST!!

Back in 2021 I went to get my hair blonde and Cindy did a wonderful job. In April I went to get my root retouch and again, Cindy did a wonderful job. But I decided to go back to my hair natural to black and Cindy did a fantastic job by helping my hair repair from the damage I had from my hair. My hair feel so soft and smooth. I’m definitely coming back to do highlights instead. Once again, fantastic hair salon!
