Never been to a place like this before, but when my S22 Ultra phone screen cracked they handled it easily. I even called around to get prices and everywhere else told me they didn't have the part and it would be several days. These guys fixed my phone in under an hour!

Our family has been coming here to get our Boost phones for two years now. The staff is always helpful and they always have great deals on phone upgrades and transferring your number when needed. I tried other phone companies and shops but we keep coming back to Bob's. Everywhere else they want to rip you off some kind of way. They even have a cell number for off hours just in case you have a need. Bring your pre-paid cell phone needs here. The only thing I would say though is make sure you make a few calls and texts with a new phone before you leave. There is a glitch with Boost where it doesn't work right away sometimes when you activate a new phone/phone number. But every time I had a problem I just called Bob's and they fixed it right away.
