JC and Kris were outstanding service providers. I woke up on a Saturday morning to an upstairs toilet overflowing -- actually flooding -- almost my entire house. I called Roto-Rooter, and JC and Kris were at my house within a half hour. After that, they may as well have lived at my house for as much time as they spent there -- literally day and night (had my permission to come whenever). I was completely satisfied with the job my Restoration team provided. JC was detailed oriented and proactive. She would ask to contact my State Farm reps when needed. It was critical for me that my house was thoroughly dried out (two floors and crawl space), and I felt the decisions made by this team as to what need to be ripped out and what could be fixed were exactly what my house damage called for in this situation. Although this flood has been a disaster for my house, I firmly believe that I was provided the VERY BEST team to address my problems. I am 100% satisfied with the job JC and Kris did to dry out and restore my house for the next phase of repairs. "
