I can't say enough good things about R&C Services Heating and Cooling! After struggling with a problematic Daikin AC unit and getting nowhere with several other companies, I finally found a true gem in Chris, the owner. From the start, Chris was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also wonderfully patient and downright hilarious, which made the whole process so much more pleasant.

Chris took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue with our AC system, something others seemed to overlook or rush through. Tip - call the office to schedule because the online appointment tool on their website doesn’t work.Yesterday was my third time calling R&C for service - once for my old workplace and twice for my own home. I feel lucky to have found them - in every instance they’ve been quick to get me on the calendar (yesterday Glen arrived within 30 minutes of my call to the office!). They replaced the condensation pump on my home HVAC and a very sketchy old rig-up of a failed capacitor on my outdoor condenser unit.
