Excellent communication from sales, design and finally construction. Every detail was thought through. I was concerned by the reviews but realized any negative reviews were surrounding schedules and communication. Premier Pools communications (even though I didn’t like hearing about delays) were honest upfront and at the end of the job I have an amazing pool. I work construction and have for my entire life. These issues happen.This is the real deal.
Had a great experience with Duane at Premier. We had tons of questions about placement, products and installation. Duane was always responsive, helpful and professional. Provided us with good ideas. I also like the pricing packages as you could see cost of upgrades to help with decision making. Duane was great--very nice guy and a Veteran!
