Fantastic experience! Expensive but high quality at every step. Leandro led the crew and knew his business. Bruno cut the tightest mitres on the spot. Travis the sales consultant was on top of everything as well. Everyone was personable, quick, and accurate. They even helped remove rotten framing where they found it. Afterward their cleanup was so complete as to use a vacuum. I’ve had neighbours since have competing companies at their homes and I felt sorry for them. I can’t recommend Pella highly enough. Tell Travis you want Leandro and Bruno to do your install.
