I have to say this was the first product my daughter and I could share. I used it religiously. I would order and then immediately re-up. Notice I said used. I paid for 2 Donna bundles. Only received 1 and when I tried repeatedly to resolve the matter, I was told the product that I paid for would be shipped on 04/17/24. It’s a month later and no one will respond to my request for either a refund or the product. I’m extremely disappointed and I can’t in good faith promote this product anymore. My hard earned money has effectively been stolen.
Ya know...I've not tried the product yet. I have tried to place the order twice: once via Amazon and now directly from the site, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER!!! *SigH* I have sent emails and I have clled. The money has cleared my account and it was not cheap!! I have yet to hear back from Customer Service! THAT is my beef! Noone has contacted me... via email or NAH1 Very disappointing!
Honey purbellas products are amazing!! I have yet to find another product for curls that doesn’t leave behind some kind of residue or smell or chemical but this one!! It is the best styling, shampoo and conditioner I have ever bought! I am officially a loyal customer now. The curls products are beautifully smelling, clean, no chemicals and I simply cannot find any other products like this!! Thank you ??
