Been training with Andrew for a couple months now. Amazing trainer with good insight on suitable workout plans for individuals in whatever phase of their fitness journey. Clear instructions, observant, and knowledgeable. Understand a client's limit as well as when to push them. The trainers are definitely the biggest strength of O2.
