This company was one of the worst. I always try to support BB! The month and some change we used them I think we had four or five different aides. Every aide was constantly late or an aide that needed an aide themselves. The one aide they sent out, they said she was the best. She came and went to sleep, her first day. She slept for about 40 minutes, I could not wake her up. I think this company just employe anyone. This business is not professionally ran and I would advise against using them. Those positive reviews have to be fake. Never again!

Be very careful. They're liars and very unprofessional. When backed in a corner, they will lie on you. Look elsewhere. I informed them that things begin to come missing out of my home. Who is going to admit that they possibly have thieves staffed. I've been accused of something inappropriate. When, they sent workers out that weren't trained. I tried to clean myself. Now, since I have complained. They tell United Healthcare that I wanted the aides to touch me inappropriately. I wanted the aides to clean me properly with my catheter. I have a lot of UTIs. Properly train your people.Update: I reported the company to NC Ombudsman. So, advocating for myself is bad I guess....read full review

I just called and a young lady by the name of Malaysia hung up on me twice I asked about service’s for private duty she say please hold and she keeps hanging up this is bed customer service I will take my service elsewhere
