I would give them 0 stars if possible, the lady at the front desk was extremelyy rude for no reason from the minute we walked in, she didn’t greet or acknowledge us but asked for my id her attitude was uncalled for comparing to that I didn’t even say a word to her so I would NOT come here and give them ANY money
My partner went to this clinic with the upmost respect to leave in tears. The ultrasound hispanic lady is very disrespectful and rude. There’s plenty of comments about her and no one has fixed the problem. I had to see my partner cry and and be upset for 2 days because of how low that lady made her feel. Thankfully she’s a strong woman.
My daughter Had an appointment here today. The front desk ladies were very rude! She wasn’t able to get her procedure done because the Hispanic girl said she took to long to fill out her paperwork, Then tried to rush her,then got mad told her to get dressed and to leave. How very rude of a person. I went in to see what was happening and the lady admitting to handing my daughter the paperwork late. (Which apparently pushed her appointment time back). There is only 1 other person who is here and And they wouldn’t reschedule her. I didn’t know you had a time limit on reading paperwork! They said it’s there “policy “ , when I asked for a copy of said policy...read full review
