Nice N Neat Painting and Home Improvements is a fully insured minority business with over 37 years of experience in the painting industry. I Do NOT recommend THIS company! April 2021 I paid Nice 'N' Neat Painting and Home Improvement $4000 to paint the entire interior of my home. There is paint on several of my fixtures. Ceiling paint on my walls and colored wall paint on my ceilings. I have paint overspray on my windows and sockets. There is paint on bathroom floors. Several areas did not get coated properly. The guys left the bathroom mirrors on the walls and therefore even got paint on them. I brought several of my concerns to Mr. Nichols attention and even taped off my concerns on two separate occasions. Some issues were addressed and others were not. I was given attitude when I asked if fixtures could be taken down prior to painting. He hired people and family members with no painting experience to paint my home and he told me that he would not be coming back out to address my concerns for free. He has been paid the contracted amount in full and wants to be paid to fix issues that should have been done correctly in the first place.
I had an excellent experience with Nice N Neat and would recommend them to anyone. They painted and did repairs on my whole house. The work was first rate and the price was very reasonable. I was so impressed with how responsive they were to my requests. I’ve worked with many contractors over the years and they are the best I’ve experienced. I will definitely use them again in the future. They made my life much easier!!
