Anastasia is awesome! Although I came in with Achilles tendinopathy at the Insertion, she has given me an entirely different perspective on my total body mobility and how my body is connected. She spends the time getting to know the subtleties of one's body, the pain points and listens to what you tell her. Listening, caring, exploring and finding the best course of treatment are her gifts. And, she is so personable that you feel like you have a friend. She has helped me in many ways and being older, I need all the help I can get! Oh, and do your homework!

Anastasia was great to work with. Personable, professional, and really seems to enjoy what she does. Feeling as good as I have in quite a while. Hopefully I won’t need her again, but if problems arise I’ll be back.

Anastasia was wonderful to work with. She really took the time to understand my personal body's needs and address issues in a multi-faceted way. She has gotten me back to a place of mobility I haven't been at in a long time. Highly recommend.
