Outstanding company. I bought a Husqvarna Automower online and had an issue getting it set up. Mowbot is the only company in the Triangle that services them. They called me back in less than an hour and were at my house 2-3 hours later. I had no idea they will do full installs so they can bury your boundary wire and get it all set up. If I had known that I wouldn't have done it myself when it was 92 degrees outside. They also offer a subscription service if you don't want to pay full price for the bot, and it will then cut your yard for you. Newman is the owner of the company and the one that showed up. My neighbor requested a demo in our neighborhood and the salesman brought out the mowbot van and a few mowers to show us. The bots were very cool. We tested the smaller one in our yard and once the salesman adjusted/lowered the blade, we got to really see it in action. My kids thought it was the coolest thing and followed the thing all around the yard. He then brought out the bigger one, which was super impressive as well! Basically they have 2 options, 1 is a monthly service and the other is to purchase outright. There is 1 initiative fee to install the wires, this was $250-$300. After that you can pay $75-$150 for the monthly service where you keep the bot and they... read full review
