I have nothing but good things to say about Ikaika. Einar is an excellent trainer. He cares about his clients and their well being. He is very professional and doesn't seem to loose his patience, calm and assertive but never angry. When I get to the point where I wanna give up he pushes me a bit further, helping me reach my goals. Listen to him and fallow his guide lines and you are bound to succeed. It's a great gym, clean and organized. The other clients are excellent as well, just a great group of people with the same goals, to better themselves. Can't go wrong with Ikaika. I couldn’t be more satisfied with joining this gym and this community. The pandemic really diminished my fitness motivation. I kept telling myself I’d get back to it. But I didn’t until now. Turning 60 made me question my priorities. I’ve been a member of 2 crossfit “boxes” and really thought I’d join another. But I was hesitant to do that due to my age and potential for injury. I stumbled upon Ikaika and found a better alternative to crossfit for me. I promise you if you follow coach Einar‘s program you will get fitter, feel better, and look better.
Haha before I joined IKAIKA, I read all the 5 star reviews and thought maybe they were written by a bot. Can a place really be that great?I joined because I wanted to learn how to lift weights. My mom got diagnosed with pretty bad osteoporosis and had to take drugs that made her feel miserable. I didn’t want that! Before, I would work out by going to a gym to run on the treadmill or do the elliptical. I was never a sporty person growing up so I didn’t know how to use the other equipment. I would be intimidated by big gyms with lots of equipment and people that looked like they knew what they were doing (because I didn’t!).The IKAIKA plan I have is the perfect hybrid...read full review
