My Happy Homes technician, Miguel Lagunas arrived promptly on time. He was thorough with both the indoor and outdoor portions of our maintenance inspection. He discovered one part that needed replacement and explained what the part did and why it is important to replace. He invested the time needed for the inspection and took the time to explain billing and a future appointment to replace the part. I was pleased with Happy Homes and Miguel.

Besides that, He showed me how to use our NEST thermostats which have been driving me crazy for quite a while.
