I tried the Relaxation Room and Red Light Therapy and I loved both! The red light helped reduce my upper back and shoulder pain and the Relaxation Room was the escape that I needed!
Easy to book online. You get reminder text the day of and a email reminder a few days before. Atmosphere is clean, quite, and feels relaxed and calm. My Therapist and Massage was Amazing
