    Would give zero stars if I could. My particular case worker had no regard or care in the world about my situation upon explaining. She seemed very rude, disrespectful, and hostile over the phone. Hope she doesn’t treat everyone she works with that way.

    Where do I start? I don't want to think that these caseworkers don't care. But looking at things I don't think they do. Nothing is straight-forward at this place. The only person who answers the phone is the operator. And when she transfer you. Just know your worker not picking up that phone. His/her supervisor not picking up the phone either. They need help big time because they are behind and people need to eat.

    If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Much like the past reviews have said- no one ever answers the phone! It’s extremely frustrating. What good is a case worker if they’re simply not involved in your case? I have reached out to someone higher up because my experience with the FNS has been ridiculous and I’m beyond frustrated. You have to physically go to the office to even make any progress and even then, they still give you the run around. 0/10 organization that doesn’t provide real help, what a shame.
