They have always treated our pets very well. We have had 5 cats and 2 dogs taken care of through Falconbridge. They have a very courteous and professional staff who are very knowledgeable. They have a sister vet (Village Vet) in Chapel Hill.
My dog isn't even afraid of going to see them- if that isn't five stars, I don't know what is.
Falconbridge Animal Hospital is well-organized and has a knowledgeable and caring team of doctors, assistants, techs, and front desk associates. It is easy to schedule appointments through the app or with their staff. We always receive a check-in call after appointments that address my dog’s progress and condition. I appreciate the hospital’s professionalism and its continued excellence.
I truly love Falconbridge. They have cared for several family pets over the years. Each and every person that we encounter there is very friendly, helpful, and always love on our pets. They have helped us navigate difficult decisions and provide insight and recommendations to keep our pets in the best of health. Plus our pets love everyone there! I would recommend them again and again!
