Best service ever! Whenever I make eye doctor appts there are never any available for a sooner time it’s always months out and it takes about two weeks to get my glasses. I was able to get an appt next day with my insurance it took only 20 minutes the doctor was very attentive and he communicated everything he was doing and why and how I can proceed. When I went to find a pair of glasses my glasses were ready the next day and they sent a text letting me know when they were ready! I was so happy especially being that it was time for new glasses!
Pat was INCREDIBLY helpful! I came in because I wanted to replace the lenses in my current frames because I thought Eyemaet Express wouldn’t take my insurance for new glasses. She not only found that they do take my insurance with generous coverage, she also helped me find frames that look almost exactly like my old ones AND helped me pick a pair of sunglasses included in my insurance. She did this all within the last 30 mins of their day as I came in right before the store was closing! I 10/10 recommend this location to anyone needing glasses and especially Pat!
