This is the best urgent care! Shout out to the the business manager Kevin for being so sweet to my Harper! From the nurses to doctor to management everyone has a friendly and caring demeanor. They have are kind, listen and don’t rush you out. I felt heard and left with the knowledge I needed to care for my baby. We need more people like this in the world ❤️
This Urgent Care is very well run. Even when crowded you can see people flowing in and out. Beverly checked me in. She was very friendly and fun to deal with. Erin was my PA. She was very knowledgeable and explained things very well.
This Urgent Care is the best in Durham/Raleigh that I've ever been to. I made an appointment before coming, and was called back within 15 minutes of arriving. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the nurses, to the doctor who saw me were very kind and efficient! I was in and out of there within an hour with a breathing treatment and Rx's for my illness. I will definitely go to them again! Hint: make your appt. later in the day if you can for less of a wait.
