I was expecting a long delay before being attended to. It went really quickly. I was impressed by Scott, NP. Who was very competent and spent time to provide a thorough assessment of my case and carefully laid out a treatment plan. Was not expecting this level of care at an urgent care clinic.
The staff at the Duke Urgent care on Hallandale were fantastic. We were so grateful we didn’t need to go to the ED as they were able to perform the procedure needed right there! Special thanks to April, Soijett, and Joe for all they did to make it happen!
I went in last week with the flu and the two April’s that injected my meds and drew my blood was awesome! They were super nice, gentle and even held my hand because needles freak me out a bit.
