Grant did a great job the first time he came out. I was impressed by his ability to fix the problem, and his congenial demeanor. Unfortunately, when I recently encountered problems, he has been unresponsive. He has not returned numerous phone calls as we roast in the heat. So I will not call him again, or consider using his services.
Unprofessional during the whole experience; which took much longer than it should have as it took over a week for him to get back with me. Once he came out to the property his solution was to deal with the heat. Save yourself some time and sweat, call someone else.
