After 30 years in the professional medical world I thought I could effectively pick a practitioner to help recover from a particular ailment I was having. Each one helped about 5%. Then some friends told me about Jason so I thought I'd see why they were so high on him. After my first visit I was 80% better. He has been very helpful with resolving several issues I've had over the years and is the best I've ever experienced at proper diagnosis of underlying issues and prescribing the proper exercises to get rid of pain and restore full range of motion. Every friend I've referred feels the same way. He is the best in the area for sure.

Dr. Pirigyi knows his stuff! The office staff and environment is very welcoming, when I walked in I received a warm welcome from Nichole at the front desk who was very polite, friendly, and showed great costumer service as I was waiting to be seen. As for Dr. Pirigyi, he doesn’t waste any time in finding the root cause to the issues you're experiencing. I am very pleased with my experience and will be returning monthly for continued treatment.

I cannot express how grateful I am to Dr.Buck and Carolina Pain and Performance Clinic. Dr Buck in just one session relieved me of hip bursitis and nerve pain more than any pain meds including PT referral from my primary care physician. Accustomed to frequent back pain levels since age 35 I ignored progression of symptoms in rt leg for 10 months. Loss of flexibility in rt leg to the point I could not put on shoe or sock and worsening intensity in back and leg frightened me. Thanks to Dr.Buck and his multiple treatments including Dry Needles I have gone from pain level 9 to level 2 in 5 treatments.
