They have been offering regular HVAC maintenance and urgent services for about 3 years. Their technicians are known for being fast, helpful, friendly, and punctual. They schedule and invoice promptly, and their prices are fair. The staff is polite, efficient, and tidy, leaving the work area nearly the same as before. They take the time to explain their work and ensure customers feel safe. Recently, they helped with a PCV for a water main, showing they are incredibly nice and helpful, and they completed the job quickly and reasonably. The technicians also performed preventative maintenance on a sewage pump with professionalism and competence, and the customer plans to deal with them again. They are knowledgeable and attentive, sometimes arriving earlier than scheduled with a courtesy call. They discovered issues that were not previously known and fixed them effectively. Overall, Brown Brothers Plumbing & Heating offers excellent service and is highly recommended.
Was totally suprised would let this employee do work for me any time. We talked about few things besides the problem. Made me feel.like we were friends from way back.he got to work quickly, found and quickly fixed it. Explained what was problem whathe did n needed to do, and fixed it fas and effectively.
These folks were responsive, met at times agreed on, supplied an estimate before starting work, and completed replacement of a broken water main in a timely manner while dealing with a few unexpected issues. They were good at communicating and have left me pleased with their service.
I am sure glad there is a company around who still services boilers. My vintage 50's boiler works like a champ....but IF and When something goes wrong...they are there!!
My only complaint is that...true to many opinions...they ARE a more expensive HVAC company than many others in the Durham area. But...good job !!
