Body Unfold is wonderful. A calm, lovely space. I recently moved to Durham pregnant with my third baby and needed a massage ASAP. I was in a lot of pain and was happy to see availability that week. Previous massage experiences I’ve had you needed to book weeks in advance. That was a huge plus but the best part was booking with Tiffany.
Tiffany is wonderful and so knowledgeable in therapeutic massage. I can tell she’s really dialed into my body and its needs and she makes suggestions on what we can work on in future sessions, which I really appreciate. I started seeing Tiffany in Early November and on a regular basis ever since. She has been really great working out all my neck and shoulder pain. Big improvements across the board with my overall pain level since my first session, and I would highly recommend for anybody who is looking for overall relief of chronic aches and pains.
