Very kind, patient and informative. Grateful for their compassion. I’m sure they work with so many people and different types of emotions… and their professionalism and compassion rises to the top. I can only imagine having to deliver painful news to a pet owner… thank you for your grace, love and support.

While the schedule for the service being open is limited and a little concerning I found their oncologists excellent. Will see how that progresses with follow-up but they were very knowledgeable and responsive. For the imaging services they were in line with the other speciality vet hospitals in the area.

I wanted to give five stars because they really were helpful, but I had trouble with the Rx. Took my dog in 8am on a Thursday, they did an exam and I basically begged for an X-ray before they even got started (my other vet did not think we needed one) was it pricey? Yes, but what emergency is not pricy? They did all the test found the issue, prescribe the food and some meds. This is where the 1 star deductible comes in. I have a small dog that required a tiny amount of a prescription that she can get over-the-counter but no one had 50mg in stock. So I tried multiple locations to get it by Saturday. I called them back and was told to try different locations by Sunday....read full review
