Bland Landscaping has the contract for the Landscaping in my community in Hampstead, NC. They are horrible. They are supposed to mow on a weekly basis and they haven't and when they do mow, they miss several places. They haven't emptied the trash can by our communal mailboxes in several weeks either. We are being charged over 33k in 2024 for lousy service.

Bland Landscape certainly lived up to the name. No flavor and quite dull. Many of the community areas in my neighborhood look like this. The team mows the grass (barely) and never cuts the shrubs throughout. Their service area operators are not helpful and instead of listening they shove you aside and tell you to bring it up at the next homeowner association meeting. Paying them to do any landscaping bland and garbage. They do less than bare minimum
