Another company came out initially & told us to put things on the top shelf of the fridge that we don’t mind freezing! One Source sent Lee out and in 10 minutes he explained what was wrong with our fridge and the parts he was going to order. Once the parts were in, he had everything replaced in 30 minutes. Floyd was professional, extremely knowledgeable about refrigerators, pleasant and polite. He quickly determined that our coils had frozen due to a clogged drain. He made the necessary repairs and also replaced (for free!) a small, unrelated tube that looked a little frayed. Floyd stayed to confirm that the problem had been fixed.
