Update: I just want to say that I have been receiving care since October 2025 with Dr. Arafat And I just got done with another appointment 05/28/2026 and he is very knowledgeable, Considerate and willing to listen to all of your problems and needs. He is a psychiatrist that I feel really cares about his patients and what they are going through. I am so glad that we crossed paths. I have had bad anxiety my whole life and when I became an adult, it stopped me from going to the doctor and taking care of myself and when I contacted Animo they let me choose my own provider and she made me feel so comfortable and I look forward to our meetings. I would recommend anyone to them.
The team here is absolutely fantastic to deal with. Their intake and referral process is streamlined, making it easy for other providers or individuals to refer, schedule, and complete all intake forms. Appointments can be done in the office or virtually which is convenient for all. This practice is using technology to their advantage and the staff is nothing less than professional.
